Keep the directory useful

Corrections and removal

Tell us if a listing has an incorrect detail, a broken link or content that needs attention. Photographers and visitors can contact the directory directly.

Send a clear request

Email hello@ukphotographers.co.uk with the subject “Directory correction or removal”. Include:

  • The URL of the page or listing concerned.
  • The detail that is incorrect, outdated or needs removal.
  • The corrected information, where applicable.
  • A link or brief explanation that helps us check the request.
  • Your connection to the business or content, if relevant.

You can also use the contact page to prepare an email. It creates a draft for you to send; it does not submit a request automatically.

Photographer updates and removal

If you represent a listed business, tell us whether you are requesting a factual update or removal of the listing. Contacting us from an address associated with the linked business can help establish the connection. We may ask for clarification before changing disputed information.

Image and copyright concerns

Identify the image, the page where it appears and why you believe its use needs attention. If you are the rights holder or their representative, explain your connection and the action you are requesting. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information or identity documents in your first email.

What happens next

Requests are handled manually by the site owner. The appropriate action depends on the information provided and may be a correction, removal or a request for more detail. We cannot promise a particular response time or outcome from the website.

A listing can be reconsidered if it is misleading, no longer active or not suitable for the directory. Reporting a concern does not publish a public review or accusation.

Concerns about a booking

Your booking is arranged directly with the photographer. Contact them first about the service, payment or delivery. If your experience suggests the directory listing is inaccurate or inappropriate, you can separately send us the relevant details.
